As a UX/UI designer within a collaborative team, I spearheaded the redesign of Lincoln Protect's customer insurance quote flow. This comprehensive project aimed to enhance user experience, streamline the application process, and create a visually engaging interface for potential policyholders.

Main Objectives:

1. User-Centric Design:

Conducted in-depth user research to understand customer pain points and preferences.
Implemented user personas and journey maps to guide design decisions.
